User Guide for COSMOS Covers

Assembly of COSMOS Covers

  • COSMOS Covers comprises of a set of 2 rectangles & 2 triangles. The rectangles have a provision to contain 2 foam squares each.
  • COSMOS Covers can be assembled directly on the foam or over the waterproof liners’ covered foam.
  • To start assembly of the rectangles, make sure that the corners of the covers at the centre of the rectangle are secured well with the foam, then proceeding to secure the outer corners & seam edges.
  • Proceed to do the zippers, once the corners & edges are secured in place.
  • While doing the zipper, gently press the foam beneath the sliders, to prevent the foam getting caught in the sliders, resulting into damages.
  • Repeat the same for the other square, to completely assemble the rectangle cover with the foam.
  • While assembling the triangles, make sure to adjust the corners & seams of the fabric with the foam, to get a good fit.

COSMOS Covers’ Care

  • The material used in the outer covers of Cosmos is 100% polyester, knitted velvet fabric with reverse zippers.

Wash Care

  • Wash in cold water, at or below 30 degree Celsius.
  • Wash them separately, do not mix with other clothes. The covers may release some dye in the initial washes.
  • For machine wash, use the Delicate setting.
  • Do not tumble dry in the washing machine/dryer.
  • Line dry in shade.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
  • In case of hand wash, do not wring. To remove excess water, squeeze gently.
  • In case of dry cleaning, use any solvent except Trichloroethylene. In case of tough stains, use upholstery cleaning
  • Do not bleach.


  • Iron inside out at a medium to low setting.
  • Fabric is heat sensitive, hence ironing on the outer surface may damage the fabric.


  • Light pilling may occur due to the nature of the fabric, though it will not affect the quality or functionality of the fabric.
  • Pilling will reduce after a few washes.


Return & Replacement Policy

  • COSMOS Covers are eligible for replacement within 15
    days of delivery only.
  • Replacement of covers is only valid for scenarios of manufacturing defects like broken zippers, damaged fabric, and major defects in stitch that may affect the functionality of the product.
  • Any sort of damage to the fabric while opening the package or using the product will not be applicable for replacement.
  • The covers must be unused with tags intact, in order to be eligible for a replacement.
  • In scenarios that requires a replacement, same coloured covers will be dispatched. Though, in case of unavailability of the same color, customer will be provided an option to choose from other available colors.
  • The transportation cost in case of replacement to be borne by customer.
